SHINee forever!

Ok, so I was watching a video of the SHINee debut concert in Japan (watch here), where they were singing “Doo-Bop”. It makes sense, since the song pretty much introduces SHINee.

So they were singing, and then there was that part at the end where they started saying their names and their “nicknames”. I’ve never actually payed attention to that part, or watched it with English subtitles. So now, I finally decided to watch the subs, and this is pretty much what it was:

“‘Bling Bling’ is ‘Jonghyun’!

di-bi-di-bi-dis’

Our ‘powerful Taem’ is ‘Taemin’!

di-bi-di-bi-dis’

The ‘Tofu Leader’ is ‘Onew’!

And then it kept going. After the video finished, I was just thinking one thing:

“Why the heck is Onew the ‘Tofu Leader’?” 

I mean, they all have the semi-cool nicknames, but seriously, “Tofu Leader”??? Besides, Onew loves chicken! 

I was watching Flower Boys Generation and this interesting conversation came up between SHINee:

Host: ”So Jonghyun, based on appearance, how would you rank yourself between your other SHINee members?”

Jonghyun: ”I’d say… Probably third place.”

Host: ”What about you Key?”

Key: “… Second place…”

Host: “Really? Then who’s first?”

Key: “I said that respectively.”

Host: “So you actually think you’re first place.”

*Everyone laughs*

Host: “How about Onew?”

Onew: “Hey, Jonghyun. Wanna be third together?”

Jonghyun: “Yeah!”

*Onew and Jonghyun high five*

Key: ”Wait, then what does that make me?”

Oh, Key. So narcissistic, and yet so cute at the same time. Can also utterly defeat someone verbally within five minutes. The whole time I was watching this, I was thinking, “How can Key be so narcissistic?” More importantly, I was thinking,“WHERE IS TAEMIN?????” QAQ
